Complete an Assessment

Objective: Gain an understanding of how to Complete an Assessment within the Assessments module.

 

Prerequisites: The Assessment Admin role is required to mark an Assessment as completed.

 

Steps to Complete an assessment:

From the Navigation Sidebar, select 'Assessments' and select 'Manage Level 2 Assessments' from Navigation Dropdown.

 

Users will then be taken to the 'Outstanding Assessments' tab as shown below:

 

To complete an Assessment Task, click on the 'Complete' button against the Assessment Task and a pop-up window appears:

  • Completion Date: Click on the calendar icon and select a date to populate this field.

  • Comments: A mandatory text field to make comments.

 

Click on 'Save' and the Assessment Task will be marked as 'Completed' and will be visible in the 'Completed Assessments' tab.
